Ένα ξεχωριστό Γεύμα Εργασίας πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 10 Ιουνίου στη Ναυτιλιακή Λέσχη Πειραιώς, με επίτιμο ομιλητή τον Θειότατο και Μακαριώτατο, Πατριάρχη Ιεροσολύμων, κ.κ. Θεόφιλο Γ’, Πατριάρχη της Αγίας Πόλεως Ιερουσαλήμ και πάσης Παλαιστίνης, Συρίας, Αραβίας, Πέραν του Ιορδάνου, Κανά της Γαλιλαίας και Αγίας Σιών με έδρα την Ιερουσαλήμ.
Κατά τη διάρκεια του Γεύματος, αναδείχθηκε ο ρόλος του Πατριαρχείου Ιεροσολύμων ως θεσμού ενότητας, σταθερότητας και διαλόγου στη Μέση Ανατολή, καθώς και η διαχρονική του αποστολή στη διαφύλαξη της πνευματικής κληρονομιάς των Αγίων Τόπων.
Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά έγινε στο κοινωνικό, εκπαιδευτικό και πνευματικό έργο του Πατριαρχείου, ενώ ακολούθησε μια ουσιαστική και εποικοδομητική συζήτηση με τα μέλη και τους προσκεκλημένους της Λέσχης.
Η θερμή ανταπόκριση και το υψηλό επίπεδο διαλόγου που αναπτύχθηκε κατέστησαν το γεύμα εργασίας μια ιδιαίτερα σημαντική και αξέχαστη εκδήλωση.

A distinguished Working Luncheon took place on June 10 at the Piraeus Marine Club, with keynote speaker His Most Divine Beatitude, Theophilos III, Patriarch of the Holy City of Jerusalem and All Palestine, Syria, Arabia, Beyond the Jordan River, Cana of Galilee, and Holy Zion.
During the luncheon, His Beatitude highlighted the role of the Patriarchate of Jerusalem as an institution of unity, stability and dialogue in the Middle East, while emphasizing its enduring mission to safeguard the spiritual heritage of the Holy Land.
Special reference was made to the Patriarchate’s social, educational and spiritual work, followed by a highly engaging discussion with members and guests of the Club.
The warm atmosphere and meaningful exchange of views transformed the luncheon into a memorable event that fostered reflection, dialogue and mutual understanding.
